Westmorland Park

Westmorland Park is comprised of grassy areas, shrub beds, mature parkland woods and a balancing pond managed by Thames Water.Facilities consist of a children's play area, basketball court, tennis courts, football pitches, baseball diamond and a pavilion with features that may simply be hired for recreations and community activities not social activities.Adjacent towards the park is Hayley Green Wood Local Nature Reserve which supplies a great preservation resource and wildlife habitat.There are 3 tennis courts at Westmorland Park ready to accept people involving the hours of 08:00 and dusk but you can only play if you have already accompanied.However the Hayley Green Wood Local Nature Reserve which lies next door is available to all for checking out and mini beast safaris, so there's a nice option to expand your day trip with all the household right across the street, that you don't have to have back in the automobile!
