WELCOME TO SEAVIEW CARAVAN PARK Seaview Caravan Park has a prominent position on the cliff top at East Runton in beautiful North Norfolk. It is a small, family owned and managed park that is the perfect holiday destination.

Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and coast can be enjoyed from most parts of the two and a half acre caravan park. From the entrance there is access down to a beautiful sandy beach, which is situated between the blue flag resorts of Cromer and Sheringham. Rock pools are revealed at low tide providing entertainment spotting and netting all manner of sea creatures. A small fishing fleet operates from East Runton catching the famous Cromer crabs. Holiday makers of all ages are fascinated to see the boats occasionally launched and recovered on the beach.

We have twelve luxury caravans which are available to hire, we also have some dog friendly caravans for accepted breeds. They are equipped and prepared to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. Our holiday hire season starts on the 1st March through to 15th January for selected winterised caravans and our holiday cottage.

For holiday home ownership our open season is from 1st March to 31st October, with the opportunity to take advantage of our new winter season extension open until 15th January.

Our caravans are modern luxury models and are fully equipped for your holiday,

One double bedroom One twin bedroom Pull out double bed in lounge Quilts with freshly laundered linen is provided (to be requested in advance a small charge is applicable) Well equipped kitchen with microwave, gas oven and hob Electric heaters in double bedrooms, bathrooms and some twin rooms Gas and electricity is provided at no extra charge Picnic tables are provided for relaxing outdoors Please note towels are not provided Whichever caravan you choose, you can enjoy free use of Park facilities and entertainment.

Conditions of booking a Holiday Caravan

Please telephone to check availability. �50 Non refundable deposit per week is required at the time of booking. Balances are to be paid 28 days before your arrival

Caravans are available from 5pm on your arrival day Last check in is 7pm, late arrivals by prior arrangement. Caravans must be vacated by 9am on the departure day

Dogs Dogs are welcome, please check with our on park booking team for availability and accepted breeds. There is a charge of �25 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs.

Smoking policy we operate a strict non smoking policy in all of our caravans

Parking is available for one car, no commercial vehicles

No under 21s (unless with parents) or single sex groups (please ring for exceptions)

Hire charges are based on maximum of 6 people sharing the caravan.

Caravans must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and all damage/breakages must be paid for

Payment must be by cheque, cash or credit/debit card
