The Orchard has 21 pitches scattered among the fruit trees either side of the field.

Except where indicated, all pitches will accommodate motorhomes, campers and caravans and are 6m wide and 9m deep, which is 1m wider than the standard Caravan and Camping Club pitch. They also exceed the CCC’s required 6m gap between units, to provide privacy and safety between pitches.

If that’s enough room for safety and privacy in a vehicle, then imagine how much space you’ll have if you’re in a tent!

Campsite pitches are level mown grass with electric hookups, no tents.

Electric Hook-up Pitch

The cottage accommodation is all on the ground floor with the front door opening into a small hall which leads into the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the bedroom. Electric storage heaters are provided in each room, together with additional heaters for added warmth.

Outside there is a small outside sitting area with uninterrupted views across the fields and delightful walks to the village of Clifford Chambers.

 A zip and link bed gives the option of a king-sized bed or twin beds.

You will have your own bathroom a short distance away which has an electric shower, flushing loo, sink and hairdryer. This will be yours to use throughout your stay so you can leave your belongings in there. The utilities room (in the same block) offers food storage areas, fridges and washing up facilities. Some loo rolls, soap, washing up liquid will be provided. A generous amount of wood will be provided upon arrival with further logs available to buy.

Fully furnished Yurt with a double futon and 2 memory foam single mattresses, as well as plenty of blankets, cushions, rugs and other items of furniture, making you feel right at home. Please bring duvet/sleeping bag, a pillow and towel. It is important you bring a duvet or sleeping bag that is adequate for night time temperatures as It can be cold overnight (especially in springtime).
Welcome basket of food, including some essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

For adults only and set at the end of our orchard, the Shepherd’s hut has been designed for those who truly want a comfortable camping trip. 

The hut sleeps up to 2 adults in a double bed. There is a wood burning stove inside the hut to keep you warm and comfortable whatever the weather, complete with solar lighting, within the hut. We provide logs, kindling, fire lighters and matches.

A welcome basket, including all the essentials such as milk, tea, coffee, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

Oversized Pitch (14m Diameter)

- You will receive a welcome basket, including all the essentials such as milk, tea, eggs and we also add in some sweet treats such as cupcakes or biscuits and of course marshmallows.

- At this accommodation you will be complimented with your own private kitchen area, a gas stove with a double burner, grill, a Belfast sink with running drinking water and all the pots pans and cutlery you will need to prepare some good camping dinners. 

- Outside you also have a raised fire pit with grill and provided logs kindling, fire lighters and matches so you can either enjoy some traditional camp cooking or just sit back, relax and take in the sunset over a campfire.  

- The yurt now even has electric sockets and it's own mini fridge.

The Garden Yurt

**Andrew's field is beautiful and idyllic but has limited facilities, it has a tap for drinking water, and waste water disposal point (ELSan). There is no electricity on site. **

The best things about the field:
Peaceful and unspoiled
Close to nature -wild deer often wander through the filed to drink from the river. The field is an excellent place for bird watching; Kingfishers, Cuckoos and Woodpeckers are regularly seen. We have a Little Owl in the area which is a little more elusive. 
If you camp you can fish for free on the River Avon.
You can launch Kayaks/ canoes directly from the field into the river Avon - a great place to start your adventure. 
Family run - the field is run by Andrew and his family who are thrilled that campers take joy in the beauty of their field, they can give you local hints and tips and are always happy to help. 
Camp fires are allowed - so it properly feels like camping. 
The field is still a hidden gem and therefore does not get overcrowded.
The field has beautiful vistas in all directions and is South facing so warms up nicely when the sun is out whilst benefiting from the cooling breeze from the river. 
You can walk to three pubs from the campsite.

The limited facilities means it is most suited to caravans and campervans however if you have a tent and a camping toilet you are welcome to come.

Set in 400 acres of Parkland, Ragley Hall is fantastic for enjoyable times out for picnics, play and walks. Older young ones will love the 3D maze, climbing frames, trampoline, swings, slides and runway that is aerial while little ones play safely within their own Small People's Playground.The Woodland Walk is a great destination for children to explore and let down vapor. The path takes you through grassland, established woodland and young plantations; house to a good amount of wildlife while providing wonderful views of your home therefore the parkland.The that is surrounding is open for guided tours regarding the State spaces most Sundays, that provides an insight to the history of your house that may add a bit of tradition to a great day out and there is certainly an impressive number of old carriages housed in the stables.
