The house is sold with allocated parking for 3 to 4 vehicles, the entry is via a little gate what your location is greeted by the enclosed front yard- with yard, patio area and gorgeous fish pond that is small. Mount Hawke Skate Park is amongst the longest running skate areas in the united kingdom, and it is contained in a purpose built 'Dutch Barn' style building that measures 20,000ft squared, rendering it among the skate parks that are largest in the united kingdom too! A pool dining table, and ping pong if you kids that love to skate, they are going to think it’s great here!The skatepark is split into several split areas, with a selection of other facilities available, including a Social Area with comfy seats, foosball. There's also a cafe with free WIFI, plus a little store offering an array of Mount Hawke Merchandise.The current put up include 2 mini ramps, 13ft professional Vert ramp with 2 19.5ft roll ins, 6ft spine ramp, skate grindbox section, BMX rhythm area, and a street course that is large.
