Electric grass tent and campervan pitches Grass pitches suitable for tents and small campervans with electric hook-up. Price based on 4 people in one tent. Additional guests can be added at an additional cost. *If a single night stay is required please call to book on 01343850111. Maximum 6 people per booking with a maximum of 4 adults. Campsite Facilities Communal facilities are in The Nissen Shed, these include: Kitchen with: Sink Cooker Food preparation worktop Freezer (for cool blocks) Electric sockets Showers and toilets: Toilets Urinal Showers (including an accessible family toilet and shower room with baby change facilities) Wash hand basins Hand dryers Hair dryers Shaver point Additional wash-up and handwash facilities are located at “The Camping Shed” x3 sinks with hot and cold water Parking 1 car parking space is allocated within the pitch for tents Additional cars must be booked in if a car is being brought in addition to a camper-van or motor-home vehicles Additional facilities Water Grey wastewater disposal Chemical waste disposal point (only eco chemical can be deposited) Recycling area and waste disposal area. Bookings of more than 6 guests are considered to be group bookings and must not be booked online. In line with government rules bookings of more than 3 households/6 guests are not currently permitted. These group bookings must be discussed with the site directly by telephone and must not be booked online. If you continue with your group reservation online without contacting The Loft, you risk losing your booking(s). Service fees remain non-refundable. Please ensure your booking complies with regulations before booking.
Our scenic campsite is located in beautiful Moray Speyside on a 388 acre working farm. Moray Speyside is whisky country, with more than 60 distilleries. You can enjoy farm walks, adventure or simply rest and relaxation. Whether you are looking for a fun packed family holiday or simply a well earned getaway you will truly be spoilt for choice for things to do in the local area.
The Loft Glamping & Camping is located on a farm in Moray Speyside. The campsite has a variety of accommodation options from camping pitches to cosy heated Wigwam cabins with hot tubs.
The local area has pleanty of great holiday destinations too with award winning beaches, forest walks, mountain bike trails, distilleries, outdoor activities, nauture spotting opportunities (dolphins, whales and wildlife) and castles and historic places to visit. We are also located just 4 miles from the Findhorn Foundation eco village.
And for thise on a carbon cutting mission we are also less than a mile from public transportation links by the local Aberdeen to Inverness bus route!
For planning your journey Forres is merely 4 miles away, Elgin 8 miles and Inverness 35 miles.
