The Dunedin Guest home is a semi-detached Victorian Villa found on a large part that is sunny gardens and a lovely view of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Built as a family group house in 1882, the house that is three-story divided in to two houses into the 1950's and returned to an individual dwelling about ten years ago. Sympathetically became the current rooms, the house is a listed building and therefore retains such original features as a magnificently lit cupola that dominates the central staircase and gives your house an spaciousness that is airy. Other original features will be the entry that is mosaic-tiled vestibule, ornate cornicing and a magnificent plasterwork thistle ceiling within the breakfast room.
