An elegant home that is victorian the centre of Filey, a thriving tiny sea-side fishing town popular with families, fishermen and sailors.Only 5 minutes walk to the 5 mile stretch of golden coastline.  Opposite tennis courts and a bowling green.  100 yards from a big park with boating pool, swings and golf that is crazy. Our house is a sizable, 3 storey Victorian terrace. Downstairs we now have a lounge, dining area, kitchen  and  a big well equipped utility space and downstairs bathroom.  The garden/courtyard that is rear a fantastic for catching those end of time rays whilst relaxing with a well deserved drink.With 5 rooms we are able to sleep 10 or a maximum of 11 individuals. One of many bedrooms comes with an en-suite.  There is certainly a family that is big with toilet as well as a separate toilet room.The household is decorated in a contemporary light design, though keeping the time scale beauty.
