Our cosy studios have been designed to capture that farmhouse charm with rustic wooden features. Throughout all of our chalets, we offer cosy, single-storey accommodation with an en-suite including a shower and kitchenette area for cooking.

Above the bed is a 1.0m x 1.5m skylight so that you can gaze at the stars while you rest on your luxurious double bed. The Stables also feature an authentic stable door and a window looking out over the sunrise.

Glamping Bell Tents provide a wonderful experience for luxury glamping in Norfolk and make a perfect hideaway on the Norfolk Coast located 2 minutes walk from the coast in Heacham a large but quiet village just on the outskirts of the seaside town Hunstanton. Providing a range of camping pitches for tents, campervans, caravans, and motorhomes; you could also indulge in a ready-made stay in a bell tent or shepherds hut for a glamping break away by the Norfolk coast.

Our Bell Tents are 100% natural cotton canvas that is certified fireproof to BS 7837:1996 and CPAI-84 that is also treated with UV colourfast, mould, rot & water repellent for peace of mind. Also utilises heavy-duty grooved pegs for guys, thick reflective turquoise guy ropes, and extra strong rock pegs so that you know everything is secure when you stay the night no matter the weather conditions!

Each tent feature a secondary mosquito door, a groundsheet you can unclip and lay flat at the front doors, and pole hooks for lighting.

The Dairy: Once a cowshed, this cottage has been fully converted into a family friendly holiday cottage for you and your loved ones! The Dairy is spacious, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs giving you and your family the space you all need to relax, either separately or all together! Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, a kids' bedroom with a bunk bed, and a single bedroom suitable for a teenager or another adult! The Dairy also comes with two bathrooms, and an outdoor patio area complete with barbecue and furniture so you can all relax outside! Max occupancy is 6 people, with up to 4 adults 

Dogs are welcome and charges at £25 per dog per stay

The Dairy is available for bookings Friday-Monday and Monday-Friday with check-in and check-out days on Monday and Friday for 7 & 14 night stays

A fully renovated barn that retains many of its original features, such as the beautiful original internal walls and wooden beams from days gone, this self-catering cottage has been transformed from an old working farm building into a beautiful and charming family cottage. Featuring 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two singles). Downstairs the open-plan layout provides you with a dining area, kitchen, and a spacious lounge giving your family plenty of space to relax in. Our self-catering cottage is also completely dog-friendly and we encourage you to bring your little furry friends along with you. Nothing is better than spending time in your own cosy cottage with the people and pets you love! Max. allowed is 2 Adults and 2 Children. We do not allow 3 or 4 Adults. Included in the price are 2 Adults.
